AOMC and America Makes invite you to participate in a training workshop to pilot our newly completed Regional Guide to 21st Century Talent. In collaboration with AOMC, America Makes has compiled best practices, regional resources, and content to support Small Medium Manufacturers with workforce challenges including recruitment, training, and retaining.

We welcome your participation in our pilot training workshop for as we work through activities within the guide and discuss how to best impact the region with this new tool. We encourage human resource professionals, trainers, or executives to attend.
