Intro to Fusion CAM (10/20) (11/10)
This training focuses on the manufacturing side of the software, teaching learners how to generate tool paths and prepare parts for CNC machining. Training begins with an overview of the CAM workspace, setup of stock and tools, and the basics of feeds and speeds. Learners then explore 2D operations like facing, pocketing, and contouring, before being introduced to 3D strategies for more complex shapes. The process concludes with simulating toolpaths, checking for errors, and posting G-code for machine use. Overall, Fusion CAM training equips users with the skills to take a digital design and confidently prepare it for real-world machining.
Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 p.m.
Five person maximum per class.
